When you submit a deal we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address, your purchasing entity name, any notes you add, and the purchase agreement file you upload. Our servers also record the IP address the submission came from.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

Your contact details are used to send you the joint-venture agreement, to reach you about the deal, and to prevent abuse of the submission form. The property details and the uploaded contract are used to evaluate, market, and administer the assignment of your deal.

The IP address is used solely for rate limiting. Generating a signature document costs us money, so we cap how many submissions can come from one email address, phone number, or network in a day.

Your submission is visible to our internal disposition and transaction staff. The property details are shown to buyers in our network so they can bid. Your purchase price is redacted from anything a buyer sees.

We use third-party providers to operate the service: a database and file-storage host, an email delivery provider, an electronic signature provider, and a support-chat provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Submissions, uploaded contracts, and signed agreements are retained as business and transaction records. You can ask us to delete a submission that did not proceed.
